I was a long time member of this for many years and have seen the name change a few times... I heard of comments when it were the other names and start seeing what ppl were complaining about...Along with the other crazy charges they trough in and have raise through the years, the banking service has went SOUR. I haven't had problems with the tellers, it more the service (policies) that I found out that other banks don't have that has push me over the edge with WellsfargoWachovia.
