Last season, 2010, Trugreen made my lawn look horrible. Their promise to rid my lawn of crabgrass, and their 'fibs' about what they were putting on my yard- ridiculous! I requested a manager to call me at least 4 times, to no avail. They showed up this season while I was not home and started their process. I immediately called and the 'expert' was trying to get me to continue and was not addressing my concerns.
