I went to this organization's website for assistance with a passport. I accidentally clicked on the submit button and immeditely e-mailed the organization to cancel my request. I received an e-mailback with a disclaimer at the bottom stating that cancellations could not be processed via e-mail. I proceeded to call the organization. The first time, I received an "all ciruits are busy" message. The second time, I was told I was the 7th customer in line to be serviced and then got hung up on.
