I received a Walmart Moneycard as a gift. When I went online to activate it the site said that they are required by the federal government to get Date of Birth and SSN. So I called the number on the Moneycard but it was a recording, no human person to talk to. I went to a Walmart store in Laurel Md. and they insisted that I needed to enter the information. They said the Moneycard is not refundable. I said I'm not trying to get money back, or open a credit account, or open a bank account with you.
