I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone that I know. I got the run around from this hotel from the first call till the last. I made a reservation through a discount group site that offered a room with a fireplace, a wine and cheese basket, spa tub and a massage at a discounted price. Apparently, customer service is "discounted” as well.
