IBSN is a cheating, lying and totally a shady company living upto their only motto of cheating their customers. I have been filing tax returns with them for several years now and it has been very atrocious this year, they charged more than 400 dollars for preparing the tax returns. I was given the tax preparation PDF only after paid the amount. But the tax calculation was so wrong and they claimed so many deductions that I was not eligible for.
