Best Buy is a resounding joke!!! I went in this past Friday planning to buy a big screen TV. I waited for someone to help me but that never happened. All along there were these young teenage / college punks who work there and just walk right on by me yakety-yaking with either each other or on their cell phones! I never got so much as a can I help you! Aside from that these kids who work there probably couldn’t find their asses in the dark with both hands! Geek Squad

DO NOT use Geek Squad! Period! I took a computer in to get repaired and these guys who are supposed to be knowledgeable in this field claimed they couldn't fix it, although they charged me $85 to work on it! On a hunch I had a friend of mine who's brother is a computer whiz take a look at it to see if he could do anything to it before I trashed it. Would you believe in less than 10 minutes he had solved the problem and had the computer working perfectly as before! Geek Squad had it for 3 days and couldn't fix it!
