On 12/4/2011 at 22:30 I was basically bullied into signing a contract for an ELECTRO SMART device even though I said I can NOT afford it. As it was so late I suppose I just gave in (I am a widow - bt that not an excuse). The following day I emailed their Head Office to tell them I am cancelling the contract (I am entitled to 5 working days) to do that. On 15/4 they contact me for a time on the 18th to install the device. I told her but I cancelled. She then told me that the bank had already approved it.
