AT&T lures people in with offers of modems free after rebate, but they seem to have absolutely no intention of giving back the money. You e-mail their customer service, and they reply saying how eager they are to help you, but offerin no help. Their automated phone system hangs up on you while you are waiting on hold to speak to someone. Their website asks for your account nuber, then says your account does not exist even though it is printed on bills that keep arriving every month.
