I brought a Rockaway jacket for 40.00 less than 7 days ago after the third day the zipper would not work I returned it, to the youngworld store at Pensylvania Ave Brooklyn N.Y only to be met by rude and terrible managers. They refused to change the jacket even though the receipt clearly stated refund within 7 days and exchange within 30 days, they said they did not care what action I took I am exploring my options at this time read full review »
