Ive lived at the Bluffs at Town Lake in Austin TX for six months, managed by BH Management. This company is true trash. They hire trash, the quality of their apartments are trash, their attitude is trash, and they try to stiff you at every turn like trash. They have ridiculous fees they add on for no good reason just to stiff you out of money. They want $1400 from me because I failed to give them 60 day notice I was leaving.
