I ordered two Kohler sink racks on-line. My MasterCard was charged IMMEDIATELY! Later that afternoon I got an e-mail that they were not in stock, they’d have to be special ordered and it would take six weeks. They wanted to know if I wanted to go ahead with the order or cancel it. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel the order. I never received the cancellation confirmation until I followed up with a phone call. It took three other calls to them before my MasterCard was finally credited two weeks later.
