I ordered a backpack off this site. I should have been more wary when there were technical issues just in the ordering process. When I received the backpack I immediately opened every pocket and inspected every seem. That's when I noticed the pocket that held the internal frame was made of cheap material and the seam was already tearing. Then I noticed the bottom zipper of the back that allowed for extending the bag was defective and wouldn't unzip all the way. So I immediately contacted the website in order to get a refund.
