Excessive shipping charges. $15 on a small light weight evening clutch purse costing $18.99. No express delivery requested. Also, the on-line photo was not clear. Upon arrival I could tell that the purse would not be suitable. My repeated requests to return the unopened, sealed packaged were ignored.
