I just finished asking Verizon to cancel my movie package which they have just raised the price of from 14.99 to 15.99 a month. I asked the customer service person when the service would be cancelled and he said it is already cancelled then I heard a click. He hung up the phone without even saying have a nice day. I guess he didn't like the fact that I didn't order home phone service. Now I believe the nightmare will begin.
