I purchased nearly $8000 worth of furniture from Ethan Allen in January of 2011. The hartwell sofa I ordered arrived with a large stain on the seat cushion. The stain had soaked into the filling. It took customer service two weeks after I complained to send someone to my home just to take a picture of the stain. I told the technician who came that one of the doors on the Jason buffet won't close and he said he would need to come out another time to remove the door and sand it down.
