I was rear ended by someone who had Founders. My first complaint against them is that they do not do business with any of the established repair centers. The choices for getting an estimate are inconveniently located "noname" shops. Not wanting to deal with any of these places, I elected to file the claim with my insurance company and have them go after Founders for the deductible. I got the estimate at one of the established chain auto repair places that my insurance uses. My insurer was, of course, unable to get the full deductible from Founders.
