Against my better judgement I signed a contract with these crooks because I had little time left and had to lock in the date. I asked the sales rep (RALPH) if I can cancel the contract within 3 days, which is standard and is even on their contract. He said absolute for a full refund. When I couldn't reach the office to get clarity on the package I could not get in touch with anyone.
