I knew I smelled a rat when my loan was sold to NationStar from Dovenmeuhle Mortgage company. I received a letter stating my mortgage is going to go up because of a low escrow balance and the state laws says there should be an escrow cushions *blah blah blah* I'm now CONVINCED that these banks try to set people up for failures. NOT ME!!! Thank GOD I keep all of my documents for proof.
