My husband and I placed 3 large furniture orders in January 2011. We were promised that we would receive the furniture within 6 weeks. As of April 16th we have not received anything. They do not return our phone calls. When we visit the store they claim that the "manufacturing trucks have been delayed by snow." They seem unable to track our order. We strongly suspect that they never ordered our "custom furniture" and that they will be going out of business soon. Last week, we cancelled the multi thousand dollar charge on our credit card and we have not heard a word from them. read full review »
