I noticed AT&T Advertising & Publishing Director, Bill Ude, September 2009 of eight (8) serious errors on my 2009 advertisement. After several months Mr. Ude offered me 25% off of next year’s advertisement rate. When I informed him that I did not intend to advertise the following year his attitude was ‘too bad’. For over two years I have offered to pay 50% of the advertisement cost but AT&T wants 100% (no reduction for ad errors).
