Back in Feb 2009, I noticed a charge on my Visa (transaction date was Feb 3, 2009) card for $70.80 and the description was Qbiz Download. I had not knowingly downloaded anything. I immediately called the number provided on the bill (1-866-937-7249 or 951-310-8486). A woman answered and told me that the billing department was closed (although it was during normal business hours) and for me to call back in 2 days.
