2-1/2 years ago my sister had a boyfriend. My number was on the contact list. I have not had any contact with him in that time. For the past two weeks pinnacle has contacted me about 10x. I asked them numerous times to stop calling and remove my number. They said they did. I received more calls. I called back in. This time they told me that couldn't remove me unless Patrick called in. I have no contact with him. They wouldn't remove my number and still keep calling since there is a problem with the alarm. All I want is to remove my number from the contact list. read full review »
