I needed to rent a vehicle while mine was to be serviced. I called and spoke with the service representative at the Metro Detroit location.I asked about the rental process regarding the use of a debit card. She explained that they would obtain a credit check and if the score met the guidelines set by the company I would be able to rent the car.
