Well I see I am not the only person that thinks Aurora Loan bank is crap. I have been, with the aid of a short sale specialist, trying to short sale two properties in Georgia. The customer service is crap their phone people are less than helpful and even when the paperwork is produced there is not a sole able to review it or make a decision. PLUS the attorneys Aurora uses get paid so much per foreclosure so guess what folks they have no incentive to try and work things out.
