I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection. I have internet package balance and SMS pack as well. When I am sending messages from SMS pack, main balance is not supposed to be reduced. Every day I charge and immediately my charged amount is being coming to zero when I am using the SMS services. I do not have any other services active. First of all, getting the customer care executive online is a tough job on AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE which is worst in the country.
