First off they never pick up their phones. Ive called numerousness times to check if they have a book. Not once have I spoke to another human being... Nevertheless, I come here to study, and their are 2 outlets that are not working. when i asked for Service they tell me " we don't usually let our customers use our outlets. Mind you there is sign that says, "FREE WI- fi" and everyone at a table has a laptop. I've Never been so upset.
