Tried to cancel my data plan I get through AT&T on the IPAD I have the plan for and it wouldn't take my password to cancel so I did the request my password twice and it wouldn't work either. I finally found a 800 to call on my credit card statement and after waiting all of 10 minutes to talk to a rep she told me I would have to do it on my IPAD!!! I told her about my problem with the password and there was nothing she could do other than tell me to go to a AT&T store. I didn't have to go to a store to sign up though... read full review »
