The pretzels are good, they always seem to be fresh and just right. So that part is good. However there is this one employee there, she looks to be about 25 or older. She needs to learn how to be more friendly with her customers and to other people. She is very rude, practically snaps at you for asking such simple questions, and will give you dirty looks. I believe she should straighten out or be fired. read full review »
