I was actually being nice and asking for assistance. The first time they hung up on me. The second time they placed me on hold for 40 minutes then spoke to me for 1 minute and then placed me on hold again... I believe they thought I would just hang up. This is not finished. I am so dissatisfied with this company and their service. Melissa, I will not be flying with them ever again and I will warn anyone who tells me they are thinking about booking a ticket with them.
