i paid them a total of 2750.00 and was advised they would get my 6000.00 dollar debt to the IRS down to 1600.00 to 3000.00. I advised them i was already on a payment arrangement and was told to keep paying the IRS. When my balance was paid in full to JK Harris they then advised me there was nothing else they could do. When confronted what did they do? I was hung up on and after many calls reporting them to better business and many other agencies.
