AV Ford claims they were not responsible for engine seize 2 blks after leaving from an oil change. They were willing to give me $1000 on a trade or $200 from a salvage yard. I found a mechanic that would put in a used engine for $1000 and asked Apple Vally Ford to split the cost. They declined and I so asked for them to tow the car back to my mechanic. I am out an oil change and an engine, and they have lost a customer. Been with them since 1989. Now done and will tell everyone that listens. read full review »
