I've entered in a contract with them to help to ease my wife's nerves after I caught a mouse in our pantry. They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37. In the meantime we had more mice which I had to catch with traps I bought. I contacted them but there's no solution to my satisfaction. The "resources" they used could be bought from one monthly fee. Cook's "service" is absolutely worthless, I do NOT recommend them to anyone. read full review »
