We contracted barkbusters to help us train our new puppy 4 years ago. we spent 800 to have them work with us for the life of our dog. as it turns out- this is a joke. the woman, laura, came once and every time we called (about 1x a year) she gave us attitude and was annoyed we were calling with questions or for help. this company is JOKE. laura works for house calls in all of manhattan and is TERRIBLE. she is a fraud. she will take your 800 bucks and give you a hassle should you ever need her again. complete fraud - i wish i never paid this horrific woman. read full review »
