ALLOY.COM advertises to have your orders to you by Dec 24th if placed by Dec 14th. I placed an order and paid by Dec 11th for a winter ski coat and 2 shirts. After checking for a couple days with the confimation email they send withthe tracking information, I send numerous emails and called customer service to ask what the problem was. No response or feedback of any kind. Dec 18th I get an E-mail telling me my order has been shipped 12/18 and to expect it in 7-10 working days! AFTER CHRISTMAS!
