I bought this to convert movies to my i-pod and my laptop crashed and I have e-mailed them to give me a new code to transfer to my new computer. I've e-mailed over 20 times with no reply. It looks like they have no customer service. I would highly recommend you find another company who answers when you have a problem. read full review »
