Sadly these guys are no longer technical enough to be be offering this service. I have been using their failover DNS service for over 6 years now, but a redesign of their web site that looks like one of those nasty templates from the 90s, and the functionality has been changed such that it no longer works. I emailed tech support and got a response that confirmed my suspicions that they no longer have the technical know-how to do this right. My guess is that they have been taken over. I have also been using dnsmadeeasy and have now moved over entirely to them. I can recommend their service. read full review »
