The Sears company advertises appliance inhome repair within 24 hours. I called on a Thursday about my refrigerator which was purchased at Sears and was not working. I could not get an appointment until the following Monday and was given a 4 hour window in which the technician was supposed to arrive. He did not come, nor did he call. I called the Sears repair office and they said he would call and come sometime. 2 hours after the the technician was supposed to appear I received an automated phone call telling me that they were experiencing delays and might be late. I will never again use Sear applicance repair service. read full review »
