This nightmare began after my son totaled a brand new car he had for 3 1/2 months. The car was sold with 1035 miles on it, which was unfair, but when they spotted (me) a woman and an over eager 19 year old, they took full advantage. I couldn't get anyone to go with me, and I knew very little about cars. They were able to detect that and made it seem that I was getting a "steal".
