I had subscribed to a 'Risk Free Trial' of 30 days from the online company. However, I continued receiving shipments of the product and deductions up to $100 off my account. I called them to ask for a cancellation, since I had not planned for a full plan but just the trial only. However, the call assistant refused to cancel me and put me up for a delayed shipment date.
