I followed the refund process exactly. Filed for my warranty refund on time and included all paperwork in November of 2010. The only correspondence I have had from this company is the certified mail reciept of my paperwork. SFG has taken down their website and will not field calls anymore. Not that they ever did a good job of that anyway. I was promised my check over the phone and it has not arrived by the date they told me.
