I am totally unhappy about how I was being treated regarding my recent warranty service order from Andersen Windows. Andersen Windows DO NOT Honor their warranty, they DO NOT Back Up their defected products, which were leaking like crazy. Rain water was leaking through those Andersen Fenchwood sliding door panels, water run on the floor, go over 5 feet into the house. Andersen Windows DO NOT Care about their customers.
