AT&T uverse advertises 30 days risk free service. Service didnt work and seeking support was futile. After hours of being transferred and waiting, I cancelled service. Now they say I owe $235 for my less than 30 day trial period. They say the risk free policy only means that they cancel one month's $30 service fee but I must pay the $235 for installation. I now receive pre-recorded threats on my phone as a result of my risk-free trial. read full review »
