Briefly, my issues started when I wrote out a check for my house payment and they cashed it for a lesser amount. From there on it was a fight, within in 3 months, I was 2 payments behind. soon after that the house was in forbearence, I caught the house up, then within 4 months I was 6 months behind. I tried to explain their mistakes and work with Ocwen but they were unreasonable. they even went as far as sending me through the channels to which every persons name I had was on leave till further notice.
