I placed an order on03/31/2011, and had not received anything from the company in regards to my order being shipped. I called on 04/07/2011 to check on the status and received extremely rude customer service. They decided it was not important to inform me that they couldn't ship my order because the product was discontinued. After be very rudely explAined this he said "I don't thin they charged your credit car but I'll check and hung up on me." I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them.
