As an Attempted Dissatisfied Customer my over two months of frustration trying to enroll in Identity Guard continues. It appears impossible for me to verify who I am with them, yet I have no problem doing so at the three credit bureaus. The managerial and technical staff at Identity Guard is incompetent. I was finally contacted by Henry Gyamfi 703-814-7168 today after over a week. He is unable to get any useful information from his Information Technology folks to resolve my enrolment problem. Identity Guard (Identity Protection Product)

I wish to report issues with the Product Identity Guard (Identity Protection Product). I have been trying to enroll in the Identity Guard Protection service for over two months. It performs an online verification asking me questions about my credit history. The content for the online questions is based on data extracted from the Equifax Web site. It always asks me 6 questions. Four of these I have had to answer correctly to get my annual credit reports from Equifax, Experian and Transunion.
