Had an entry door installed about 3 years ago, have had nothing but issues since. The company prides itself on service, but it took them 6 months to service my issue with my door. Once they serviced it, a month later another quality issue arose with the door. The finish was coming off. I contact them again and the service was better, but still discouraged by the lack of quality. They have been through 3 different installation service managers in 3 years.
