My loan was previously sereviced by Citi when I was granted a forbearance to skip one payment and repay a certain amount during the course of one year for damage due to hurricane Ike in 2009. Before I was able to repay Citi according to Forbeearance agreement, Chase began servicing my loan. Per agreement with Citi, I repaid a monthly additional amount along with my current payment during the course of one year.
