I am so frustrated right now. I have tried for (2) weeks to get through the DCF Re-Certification line and can't speak to a human. I am disabled and this is my month to re-certify and I am at a dead end. I received an email back from a staff member a week and a half ago asking for a few more peices of information and then he could assist me in unlocking my account. I have not heard from anyone. No staff member has contacted me even though I have send several emails, tried more then 25 times via phone and sent two letters in and one request... read full review »
