I won the auction and paid almost 2k for Lot of 4 LAPTOPS but i only received 3 laptops . Open dispute they told me UPS will pick up these3 laptops for investigation and ship back to them for refund . After they received the laptop they never refund money, i tried to contact them many times also with UPS for the answer but i never got an answer. If i know they never do refund or resolve this problem i better keep these 3 laptops rather than lost everything THEY NEVER PROTECT BUYER .
